The Waves Certification Program is an educational and training program that provides a high quality, standardized means of mastering Waves plugins for use in music production and live sound applications. Over the course of this program, you will learn about many different plugins, which represent the major categories of Waves plugins. End-of-Level Exam There are six modules in this program, once you have studied these modules, examined the real world examples shown in the demos, and experimented on your own with the “Call On Me” tutorial material, you will have the opportunity to take the Waves Certification Program exam and receive your diploma. This short multiple-choice test, administered on-line, is designed to ensure that you have properly absorbed essential concepts of Waves plugins The exam can be access at, http://certification.waves.com. Those who do not achieve the minimum passing score will be allowed to take the test again at a later date.

Tutorials will deliver a specific topic each week. The topic will consist of engineering theories, concepts and technologies in the field.
Tutorials provide an opportunity to discuss and ask questions about the weekly lecture and topic for the course; reinforce concepts, ideas and explore experiences.
Participants are required to be prepared to actively engage in discussion on the weekly topic.
Hands-on training will sometimes contain presentations from the instructor, the training will largely be an opportunity for students to obtain assistance with their practical development, using the training to raise issues and solve problems.
Finally, the hands-on training provide a forum by which students can begin to explore their own ideas and practice.
In order to be relevant, contemporary and up-to-date, this course uses a ‘just-in-time’ development process that adjusts its structure and delivery according to the most current changes in the field, research practice and peer-student interest.
